Trial and lifetime access

TripLedger starts with a 14-day full-product trial, no card required. The clock starts when your ledger is created and lasts exactly 14 × 24 hours. Adding travelers, inviting members, signing in again, or reconnecting AI never resets it.

The complete product

• Past and future journeys, with gap detection
• Residency day counts and Schengen 90/180
• Stays and expenses attached to journeys or stays
• Up to 6 travelers and 4 ledger members (including the owner)
• MCP read and write, sharing a 5,000-request daily quota per ledger

Access belongs to the ledger, not the user. Everyone on that ledger follows its trial or lifetime access. Viewer members remain read-only. Other ledgers you belong to have their own access state.

After the trial

Your app and connected AI assistants become read-only. Keep browsing records and calculations, exporting your data, or managing your account. Nothing is automatically deleted. Adding, editing, deleting records, or managing members requires lifetime access.

$97 once, no subscription

The owner can buy a $97 lifetime Pro license in Settings → Billing, before or after expiry. Stripe Checkout accepts promotion codes, including complimentary codes. There is no separate comp plan or subscription. A completed Checkout permanently unlocks that ledger.

Existing paid ledgers keep lifetime access. Existing unpaid ledgers receive the same 14-day trial when the cutover migration runs, not on their next login.

The license cannot transfer to another ledger or owner. Deleting the owner account also deletes its ledger and license. Screenshot-to-journey OCR is not shipping yet.
