Claude.ai / Desktop

TripLedger exposes an MCP server at https://my.tripledger.app/mcp. Claude.ai and Claude Desktop connect with OAuth. You do not paste an API key into those clients.

Connect

1. In Claude, open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.
2. Paste https://my.tripledger.app/mcp.
3. Finish the browser login and consent screen. Consent binds one ledger.
4. Manage or revoke the grant later in TripLedger Settings → Connected apps.

Session cookies from the TripLedger website are not accepted on /mcp. The connector uses the OAuth token only.

Read tools work on Free. Write tools need Pro on that ledger, and a member role of owner or editor. Viewers get read tools only.

If Claude cannot finish OAuth, confirm you completed login in the same browser and that the grant still appears under Connected apps. See API keys, OAuth, revocation, permissions, and limits.
