Data export and account deletion

Settings → Privacy can download a copy of your account and the ledger you own. The export is JSON and CSV in a zip named with the export date. It always exports your owned ledger, even if the header is showing a shared ledger. Passwords, API keys, and tokens are not included.

Delete account and ledger

Section titled “Delete account and ledger”

Permanent deletion removes:

  • The ledger you own, its journeys, and its traveler records
  • Access for other members of that ledger
  • Your sessions, API keys, connected apps, and login
  • Your memberships in ledgers other people own (their traveler records stay)

Type your password and DELETE to confirm. Download first if you want a copy. This cannot be undone.

A Pro license on that ledger is lost and cannot be transferred. Deletion does not issue a refund by itself. Email support@tripledger.app before deleting if you want to request one.
